HCI marks its 39th anniversary in 2008. The company started as David Heeter, Dozer Company in 1969 with one D4 dozer and a flatbed truck. The Company started by building oil and gas well locations and it has grown to include building dams, levees, roads and surface mining. In 1988 the company was incorporated into Heeter Construction, Inc. The company takes pride in our work and has a reputation for doing the work right the first time and completing the work in less than the allotted time.
