Heeter Construction, Inc.

     Heeter Construction, Inc. is an established earthmoving/heavy construction company incorporated in the state of West Virginia with headquarters in Spencer, West Virginia.  The year 2008 will mark our thirty-ninth year in business (nineteen as David Heeter Dozer Company and eighteen as Heeter Construction, Inc.).

     Project Owners include federal, state and local government and private concerns among which are the USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the West Virginia Solid Waste Authority, the West Virginia Department of Highways and the West Virginia Department of Natural Resources. Our over thirty-five years of experience and our "common sense" approach to unique and unusual situations makes us a natural in site preparation, both commercial and industrial.  

     We have a well-deserved reputation for completing projects ahead of schedule, and have been commended numerous times for so doing. The majority of our projects are completed in less than fifty percent of the allotted contract time. There are several reasons for this. We determine the resources necessary to complete the job in an efficient manner and have them available at the start of the job.  We give our personal superintendence to the work. By being personally involved in the day-to-day work, we are able to better anticipate and be prepared for any and all eventualities. Finally, we take pride in our work.
